April 7, 2012 - PRLog -- On Friday, April 6th, 2012, Three Squares Inc. President Jaime Nack and an audience of entrepreneurs, academics, stakeholders and business leaders heard from President Obama at the White House Forum on Women In the Economy.
Following the President’s remarks, Nack was invited to participate in breakout sessions led by Cabinet officials including Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis and Attorney General Eric Holder. These sessions covered topics ranging from “Women Entrepreneurship” to “Violence Against Women and Girls.”
The Forum highlighted women’s integral role in economic growth and competitiveness. It also underlined the Obama Administration’s efforts to create economic security for women. Furthermore, as a part of the conference, the White House released a report on women and the economy. The report served to analyze the ways in which the Administration has worked to create jobs for women and ensure women's economic security.
In addition to the White House Forum on Women In the Economy, Nack (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaime_Nack) is involved in many activities that promote women in leadership. She is the Director of the Women In Green Forum, a two day conference highlighting women’s impact on the environmental arena, and serves as a Council Member on the National Women's Business Council.
